How to Use
Add 0.1 - 0.2 % of Nanobet relative to the weight of cement used to a separate tank with water and supply to the mixer.
After mixing for 1-2 minutes add the rest of the water with plasticizers (if used).
Nanobet in Autoclaved Aerated Concrete
By adding Nanobet to your autoclaved aerated concrete you will produce final product that weights the same, has same air pocket sizes but is stronger and hence higher grade:
Nanobet will increase the thermal insulation properties of the final product
When mixing the sand with the water add nanobet 0.1- 0.2% of the cement weight (can go up to 0.5% if you want higher grade) without water to the mixer, add CaO and cement, at the end add aluminum paste.
